He believes road safety is not a peripheral issue but a fundamental public health and development priority that requires a systems-based approach—integrating safer road design, responsible user behavior, effective enforcement, and continuous public education. In his view, preventable road crashes are largely a failure of coordination, awareness, and accountability.

He sees SATM-Cameron as a practical and scalable response to this challenge, an integrated platform that bridges gaps between policymakers, communities, schools, and transport stakeholders.
